The report comes from Canalys, which says that iPhone sales grew by a dramatic 40% year-on-year.</p>
<p>The company says that Q3 sales, which include the iPhone 8, hits 11 million, up from 8M in the same quarter last year. However, warns the firm, that growth could be short-lived despite excitement about the <a href="https://9to5mac.com/guides/iphone-x/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">iPhone X</a> …</p>

Levy was one of the four journalists who reviewed the original iPhone in 2007, so Apple decided to give him the opportunity to publish first impressions with the ‘milestone’ iPhone X.</p>
<p>Levy was impressed by the ‘Super Retina’ 5.8-inch OLED display in the body of a phone only slightly larger than a 4.7-inch iPhone 8. He also quickly adapted to the new swipe gestures that replace the home button, but hit some frictions with Face ID.</p>

The video was shot within Caffè Macs on Apple’s campus, and there were signs that it was not approved by Apple.</p>
<p>That appears to be confirmed by a tearful follow-up video in which Brooke Peterson says that her father has now been fired by Apple …</p>
